Free SHSAT Self-Paced Course (Beta)

Bell Curves is opening 20 seats for SHSATinfo families to beta-test its self-paced SHSAT course at no cost. Each seat includes 5 updated SHSAT tests and 9 months of access.

What's on offer

This is a free beta, not a paid trial. Request a seat below. If one is still open, Bell Curves will email access instructions. If the 20 seats are gone, they will say so and can add you to a waitlist.

20
beta seats for SHSATinfo families this round
5
updated SHSAT tests included with the course
9
months of access from the day your seat is activated
$0
no charge for the course, tests, or the 9-month window

What You Get

The Bell Curves SHSAT self-paced course, built for students who will work on their own schedule rather than in a live class.

The course

  • Self-paced SHSAT lessons you can start and stop around school
  • Built around the computer-adaptive format described in our scoring guide
  • 9 months of access after Bell Curves activates your seat

The 5 tests

  • Five updated SHSAT tests included with the course
  • Written for the current exam, not leftover paper-format material
  • Use them as diagnostics and checkpoints, not as a pile to rush through

What “Beta” Means Here

The course is new. These 20 seats exist so families can use it for real prep while Bell Curves watches what is unclear or broken. You may be asked for short feedback. That is the trade for free access; it is not a score guarantee, and it is not an official NYC DOE program.

Seats are first come, first served, one per family. The SHSAT is for New York City residents; this offer is aimed at those same students.

Request a Free Seat

Fill in the form below. Bell Curves receives it through the same contact form used on bellcurves.com and replies if a seat is still open.

One seat per family. If the 20 seats are gone, submit anyway and ask to be waitlisted in the note. Do not pay anyone who claims to sell this beta seat.

Is this actually free?

Yes. The 20 beta seats, the 5 updated tests, and the 9 months of access are at no charge. Bell Curves may ask for feedback because this is a beta.

When does the 9 months start?

When Bell Curves activates your seat, not on the day you send the request. They will confirm the start date in the access email.

What if the 20 seats are gone?

Submit the form anyway and say you want the waitlist. Do not pay anyone who claims to sell this beta seat.

Does this replace the free DOE handbook?

No. Still download the official handbook from the prep timeline. This course is extra practice from Bell Curves, not an NYC DOE product.
